Streamline Your Expense Tracking: Introducing Email Receipts to Loop

Nothing is worse than trawling through your inbox at the end of the month to track down that last missing receipt! That's why we're thrilled to announce you can now Email Receipts to Loop; a new feature that will save you time and reduce the stress when it comes to month-end reconciliation. Now, you can email your receipts directly to Loop and they will be linked directly to the matching transactions. Here’s how you can start emailing receipts today.

Setup

Setting up Email Receipts functionality is a breeze. First, navigate to the new Expense Management tab in your Loop Settings. 

Please note that to access this tab, you'll need to be on a Loop Plus or Loop Power plan. Not on one of these plans yet? No problem. Select the Upgrade button on the left Nav Bar to sign up and unlock a host of money and timing saving features.

Once you're in the Expense Management tab, you'll be prompted to configure a custom @loopreceipts.com email address. This unique email address will allow you to effortless;y email your receipts. With just a few clicks, you'll be all set up and ready to start emailing receipts to Loop.

How it Works

1. Gather your Receipts: Whether you're snapping a quick picture, downloading a digital copy, or forwarding an email, make sure you have your receipt ready to go.

2. Attach Receipts: Each image or file should contain only one receipt. However, you can attach multiple files to a single email if needed.

3. Email to Loop: Send your receipts to your custom Loop Receipts email address. It's as easy as sending any other email.

4. Confirmation: Loop will send you a confirmation email and notify you if the receipt was successfully attached to a transaction. If the receipt isn’t automatically attached it will still be uploaded to your Dashboard and you can link it to a transaction next time you login.

With Email Receipts, managing your expenses has never been easier. Say goodbye to cumbersome paperwork and hello to streamlined efficiency. On the go or don’t have access to your email? Loop’s has two other methods to link your receipts: via SMS or by uploading them directly to your Loop dashboard.
